1. Shipping Area
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Deliveries are made to physical addresses only — we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or private bag addresses.
2. Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Main Centres: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Outlying or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, load-shedding, or other unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery location and order weight/size.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or social pages.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS to track your parcel through our courier partner’s website.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your delivery information is correct when placing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
